Veggie Pizza


1 tube of croissant dough
Cream Cheese
1 Tomato diced
1 Cucumber diced
Carrots chopped
Broccoli chopped
First take croissant dough and spread it out on a cake pan, so it covers the whole thing. Cook it for about 12 minutes at 375.
Once that has cooled cover it with cream cheese...you can use plain or chive and onion. Both taste good.
Then for the toppings we put cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots and broccoli. Whatever you like...
Cut and serve!
