Teresa's Rolls

I love these rolls. My aunt makes them-so I don't really know what they are called. I just call them "Teresa's Rolls!"
2 teaspoons yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup warm water
Let rise.
2 eggs
1/2 cup shortening
Beat until fluffy.
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup warm water
5 cups flour
Mix and add yeast mixture. When mixing dough should be a little sticky.
Let dough rise for one hour.
Melt one cube of butter. Roll out and cut with a cup or a circle cutter. Dip half of the roll in butter, then fold over. Sprinkle with flour. Let rise for another hour. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes until lightly brown.
