Fried Ravioli

Super easy, and super good

Ingredients:
1 package cheese ravioli (Buitoni works good)
 your favorite Marinara
2 cups bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 tblsp dried basil
1 tblsp dried oregano
pinch of salt and pepper
Oil for frying

Mix all the dry ingredients in a shallow dish.  In another dish beat the eggs with a tsp of water.  Take the ravioli and put them in the egg, then bread crumbs.  Fry them at 375 degrees for about 3 minutes per batch.  Put them on a baking sheet in a 250-degree oven until they are all done.  Server with your favorite marinara (heated up).  These puppies are best served warm, and with good company.

Just had this at Olive Garden last weekend! So good. I've actually never made it myself though, looks too easy not to!

dear friend, I was wondering how you would feeling about doing a guest blog over at Sweet Basil? It seems that will be living out of the hospital and it's making it quite impossible to blog right now. Well, and let's be honest, even if I were home there wouldn't be any cooking. Anyway, I know you are a busy mama, but let me know what you think.
