MAVEA Water Pitcher Review and Giveaway (CLOSED)

First of all...let me start out by saying I LOVE WATER! I don't drink soda, so water is always my drink of choice. I probably drink 100 ounces a day...plus I have a glass of water on my night stand at night. I know. I am crazy. But there is nothing better then a cold glass of purified water!
We were sent the MAVEA Elemaris water pitcher about a month and a half ago and have just loved it. I love the sleek look of the MAVEA water pitcher. It is BPA-free and filters out all the harsh chemicals that are found in our tap water. Our water has tasted so great since we have used the MAVEA Elemaris. There are a few things that makes me love this...

I love the soft grip handle. It is perfect for even my little guy to grab the pitcher out of the fridge and pour him a glass of water without dropping the pitcher.

I also love the automatic pour through lid. It is seriously awesome that I don't have to take the lid off to fill the pitcher up every time. It is perfect!

The best part is that you don't have to question if your water pitcher filter is still good. The Mavea Meter lets you know when you need to replace your pitcher by the meter on the top.

Something I found really cool is that MAVEA will even send you a pre-paid shipping label to recycle your used cartridges.

Want to win your own MAVEA water pitcher? Well they are kind enough to give two away! Here's how...
*Leave me a comment telling me why you need a water filter (1 entry)
*Follow "Our Family Treat" (1 Entry)

You have until April 2nd at Midnight to enter.  Open to US residents only. Winner will be chosen by Random.org and will be announced on April 3rd...you will then have 3 days to contact me!

Disclosure: I was provided this product free of charge. Opinions expressed are my own. Individual results may vary.

I truly do NEED a new water purifier pitcher. We had a Brita until recently and I accidentally dropped it and broke it. Whether or not I win, I think I will buy this brand when I get a new one. I love the sensor that tells you when to change out your filter. Thanks for the review and giveaway.

I would love this water filter. I have never had one but have always wanted to try a water filter pitcher. This one looks awesome.

I just got telling my husband like an hour ago that I need to drink more water and less DP. I would love the water filter!

Very nice looking pitcher--and really like the recycle filter thing. Living in Utah, one usually has a water softener or filter. If not, you "learn" how to get rid of water spots and drink bottled water or get some kind of filter thing. Would be great to try this water filtration pitcher. I have you in my google reader--does that count as "following"? Great blog! CJ

I hope I win because my husband and I go through about a case of waters a week. Sometimes even 2 cases. We would love a pitcher!

We would love a water filter. We have been trying to increase our water intake greatly, and love the way it makes us feel. I've been following your blog for a couple of weeks now.

Love this! We are also water drinkers. No pop in our house and since I'm pregnant I am trying to stay on top of it even more!

If this helps me drink more water (I really only like COLD water), and will help me lessen my Diet Coke consumption...BRING.IT.ON!!!

Garrett and I totally NEED this because it's so hot in Hawaii and we are constantly drinking water. We usually refill our water bottles with tap water cuz it's so expensive to buy new water bottles every week. So, this pitcher would be so nice. It would be great to have cold purified water to look forward to on a hot day!

And of course we follow the blog. I'm on today to find a good cookie recipe to make some friends a treat tomorrow!

Okay I really do need this!! Since we moved back to UT I promised Gerry I would stop buying bottled water...call me crazy but in CA and NV I never trusted their water so we have only drank bottle water for 4 years...adds up! So now I am back to tap water...and I just don't like it as much and find myself dehydrated...don't you think I NEED this!! :)

I am a water junkie. I drink so so much of it. We have nasty tasting tap water and are forced to buy gallons of water in jugs. So not afforadable nor good for the environment. I'd love to win this and change our ways

I would love to have a new water filter because I drink water almost exclusively as a healthy choice (as against sugary sodas and juices) and come summer, I'll need a lot of fresh clean water :)

My husband and I currently use a Brita filter because the city water is quite aweful. I don't mind drinking city water, but our current city has nasty water! We are in need of a new pitcher because I can tell ours hasn't been filtering as well (even with changing the filter).

I have never been a huge fan of Brita water filters and I have been trying to find one that I like. I love that this one tells you when to change the filter, virtually eliminating the guess work. If I don't win I might have to try this out!

Our water is cloudy and tastes awful. And I've given up bottled water due to the extreme waste of plastic bottles, so I could really use a filtered pitcher.

Sarah said...

I would love to have that for my baby who just started drinking water

Esme said...

I hate to say this because living in S. Cal we have the worst water I have ever tasted. Filtering your water is a more environmental way to be.

I'm in college and its hard to run back and forth to the bathroom to fill up a glass of water, and I hate wasting water bottles. So I decided to buy a britta filter, but I feel as if they don't filter the water well at all and they are so expensive to replace.

Our family would love a water filter. We generally just drink straight from the tap so this would be great. Maybe it would help me drink more water too!!! I'm always drinking a ton at night to try and make up for what I missed during the day.
