I make this all the time, but I don't boil the noodles first at all. I use the regular ones, but I just use more sauce to cover the whole noodle and it works great and it's much easier to stuff the noodles too.
Simple and delicious
It looks delicious and you did a great job of it! Yum!!!
This is my first visit to your blog and it certainly won't be my last! This dish looks delicous! I don't know what manicotti ( the translation would be "cooked hands") but I'm thinking it would be a bit like cannelloni pasta - a big tube pasta. Am I right? It sounds like something I would love to make!
Marcellini,
Thanks for stopping by! I am glad you like our blog.
Manicotti is just like cannelloni (only difference is one cannelloni is straight on the edges and manicotti is slanted!)
Made this today and my kids(who don't eat anything) kept wanting more! Thanks!
Brenda...I am so glad that you guys liked it...especially your kids!!!
