To be honest when I think of popcorn, I think of either gooey carmelly popcorn, or buttered popcorn from any Larry H. Miller theatre. Brooks wanted me to make this for our dinner...and I was a little nervous about it. Surprisingly it was really good! I guess I need to be a little more open minded!

Ingredients:
2 bags of natural flavored popcorn
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons lime juice
4 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
5 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Combine butter, lime juice, Cajun seasoning and Parmesan. Drizzle over popcorn and toss.
