Christine's Gourmet Toffee

I am a huge lover of toffee...and caramel.
Yep...love them.
Caramel especially.
When my little package was delivered from Christine's Gourmet Toffee...I was so excited. I don't know about you all, but by the time the clock hits 2 or 3, I have hit a wall. I need a little pick me up. My package came right on time. I tore open my package of Sea Salt caramels, (don't judge) but I ate the whole little package while waiting to pick up carpool. Yep, it was that good. The sea salt with the caramel was the perfect combination. I was a little disappointed that I didn't have more than one package in the little box! Luckily I can purchase my own for only $2.50 for a package.

Coming in as a close second fav were the Chocolate Toffee Bites. Now these ones I didn't sit an eat the whole package. I nibbled on these for a few days. But I love that they were in little bite size pieces.

I loved ALL of the toffee that I was sent from Christine's. My only request would be that they come in smaller little pieces. Yes I know I can break them off, but maybe have them come in little bite size pieces. That way it is easier for the consumer!

You can purchase your own products online...and have them shipped right to your house. They taste so fresh. There are different sampler packs, or fill free to create your own. But be sure to check out Christine's Toffee. You will be glad you did!

Since I am feeling like kind of a "pro" in the baby area (considering this is my 4th baby). I have used a lot of strollers...whether they are umbrella strollers, double, single, joggers, etc. So I know I good stroller when I see one. 

Go Go Babyz has a really great stroller called the Urban Advantage. I like that it has three wheels. It makes turns a lot easier. It of course isn't a jogger, but it is perfect for long walks. I love that my Graco car seat can click right into this stroller. Of course it is larger then some strollers, but I love the sleek, clean look. Another great feature is how large the basket is underneath. Perfect to carry a diaper bag, or all my bags when I am shopping. I also really like that the canopy is vented and is extra long for shade. That will come in handy when Brin isn't in a car seat any more. And guess what is even cooler? You can remove the seat cushion to wash it. I think that is such a bonus! The Urban Advantage has so many fun little added features to make the stroller comfortable for the baby, and easy for the parents. Plus I love the look. It is gender neutral so it is perfect for a boy or girl! It comes in a pale blue, green, tangerine, silver and berry. It is very affordable at only $159.00 so it isn't going to break the bank. I am a big fan of this stroller, and am so excited to tell my sister and sister in law that when they have babies...this is the stroller they need to buy!

I am an advocate of breastfeeding. I totally understand that this isn't for everyone. But it works for me. One thing that is a must when nursing is a good pump. Whether you are exclusively pumping, pumping occasionally, or needing to pump at work the tommee tippee pump is perfect! I have used other pumps before and they are SO loud. This actually isn't to loud.  My first time using it, I had to read the instructions on how to put it together. It wasn't like pumps that I have used in the past. But it took just a few minutes and I was on my way. I was impressed with how easy and comfortable it was to use. I loved that there were four different suction levels, depending on how much milk I am producing. Another plus is that it is electric or battery operated. Which means you can take it ANYWHERE!! I haven't had to use the bottles yet, but I have read really great reviews online. I really liked this pump a lot better than any pump that I have used with my other kids. I will recommend it to anyone!

LoveSac Slippers Review

If you live in Utah, I know you know about LoveSac...but I don't know about the rest of you.
Years and years ago, I remember when the first LoveSac came out. I always loved to go into their store and see what new Sac's they had. Brooks and I would always go try them out and dream of which one we would buy for our house. Until now, we haven't really had the room. But now that our basement is finished...we plan on purchasing our first LoveSac!
But...let me tell you, there are more the LoveSac then just their Sac's and Sactionals. I had the opportunity of reviewing their Creme Phur Slippers. Oh my goodness...I don't know if I will ever go back to a regular pair of slippers. I got them a few weeks before I had the baby.. I tried them out at home...I pretty much lived in them....well except for going outside, because they were cream:) Then I took them with me to the hospital. I wore them all around. But then the bad news...I left them at the hospital. And unfortunately, someone decided to take them. Hope they are enjoying the slippers. I guess they needed them more than I. However...let me tell you, these were the most comfortable slippers I have ever owned. They were very well made. The bottoms weren't slippery. They didn't start to have foot indents days after wearing them. Plus they kept my feet nice and warm. These slippers are made of a hypo allergenic polyester knit...which means not only are they fashionable with cute cream stitching, but they are made of high quality products. Plus...these slippers are going to last, and for a good pair of slippers, $39 is a steal (regularly $59)!

The shirt I was sent isn't online any more...but it was the cutest brown 3/4 length shirt...with the cutest neckline. I loved the sides because it expands, so that as my belly has expanded, the shirt didn't shrink in the length. It has worn really well...and washed well.

Head Chefs Book Review and Giveaway

A couple of months ago I introduced you to an amazing company called Head Chefs. We fell in love with their products and have ordered a few more items since our giveaway! Well Head Chefs has created also some story-based cookbooks. They tell a story, as well as have recipes from around the world. I think it is such a fun idea to get your kids introduced to cooking, in a fun imaginative way. 

We have The Peace of Pizza book....since my kids favorite food is pizza! Of course. All three of my kids liked this book...and were so excited to try a few of the recipes in there. I love that the pictures also incorporate many of the products that Head Chefs sells. I love the quality of the book as well. Since it is also a cookbook, it is sure to get well used...so luckily the book is well made!

I have an obsession with jewelry. Especially something that can represent each one of my kids. Of course, I don't know if that is what was in mind when these items were designed...but that is what I think of! Right now in the jewelry business, birds and nests are a hot item...so these designs fit right in. Of the Earth Jewelry has absolutely beautiful necklaces, bracelets and rings that are so darn fun. There are plenty of wire colors, and so many egg colors, that you can design something perfect for you. 
I was sent the Robin's Egg Nest Ring. First of all, it is beautiful! I was able to select the color (which I wanted something that would go with everything, so I selected pearl white). Being made of wire, I was a little worried that maybe it would come loose or snag on something, but considering the fact that I wear this ring practically every day, I have had no problems at all!

My kids LOVE to help in the kitchen. They love mixing, grating and rolling things out. Some of our favorite times of the day is when the kids are sitting around the kitchen counter helping me out. All of our utensils are really big...especially for our 3 year old. 

Headchefs makes kid friendly cooking supplies. Not only do they have bright colors, and cute little handles, but they are so functional. We were sent the measuring cup, whisk pastry roller, and mixing bowl. My kids were so excited when the package arrived in the mail. Bella carried her pink measuring cup every where she went that day. The next morning I had the kids help me make pancakes. They each had so much fun using "their" cooking supplies. Besides being fun, they are really well made. No cheap materials here. They are made of high quality silicone and metals, and are dish washer safe. Wahoo! Even though these are kid friendly, I love them so much and use them every time I am in the kitchen! 

I had so much fun browsing Head Chef's website. There are so many choices...and I know we will be going back to purchase more.
