Breakfast Pizza



Sunday Brunch, Monday Dinner... it doesn't matter. This is the best!



Ingredients:

1 can of 8 Grand Biscuits ( we have done home made dough, but this is much easier)

2 cups grated Cheddar

2 cups grated Mozzarella

1 package of breakfast sausage

1/2 cup diced ham

1 package of Canadian Bacon

3 Eggs Scrambled seasoned with salt and pepper

3 cups of Country Gravy (see our biscuits and gravy recipe)

Start by putting the biscuits in the bottom of a 12 inch round cake pan, and flatten the biscuit dough until the entire bottom is covered and you have about a 1/2 inch crust on the sides of the pan. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees, and bake the dough for 10 minutes. Remove the dough and spread 2 cups of the gravy over the dough. Top like a pizza with 1/2 the cheese, sausage, ham and bacon. Spread remainder of the cheese over the meat, and pour the rest of the gravy over the top. Put back in the oven and increase heat too 400 degrees. Cook for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted, and begins to brown. Top with the Scrambled egg.


Slice up like a pizza and serve. Hot sauce and this is money!!
