Oreo Truffles and Brownie Truffles

Ok, so we figured you could pretty much make truffles out of anything...remember this recipe? They are pretty much the same thing! Just change the main ingredient...you could do devils food cake, white cake...the skies the limit!
It is perfect for your next holiday party!
Oreo Truffles

1 package of Oreo's
1 8 oz cream cheese-softened
1 package chocolate bark
2 squares of white chocolate

Ground up the Oreo's (we used our food processor) until finely chopped. Then add cream cheese (I had to break mine up into squares so that it mixed in easier). Roll into small balls and put on a cookie sheet. Put in the fridge for 2 hours. Melt chocolate bark in the microwave-4 squares at a time. Then using two forks put your Oreo truffles into the chocolate. Get it all covered, and place on foil or wax paper. Follow steps until all Oreo's are done. Drizzle with white chocolate.

Brownie Truffles

Your favorite brownie recipe or mix
4 oz of cream cheese-softened
1 half the pack of the chocolate bark

Make your favorite brownies. Let cool. Then crumble. Mix in cream cheese. Make into balls and put in the fridge for two hours...then melt the chocolate. Use forks to mix balls into the chocolate. Drizzle with white chocolate or left over milk chocolate.

ENJOY!!
