BBQ Chicken Pizza (Our take on California Pizza Kitchen)

It was pizza night...again (to go along with a giveaway that will start on Saturday). Since our pizza dough makes two large pizzas, we made a normal pepperoni...and then decided to make a bbq chicken pizza. I love California Pizza Kitchen. Love it. We rarely go though because it is down town, and I don't really like paying 10 bucks for a small pizza! So here is our take on it. The ingredient that makes this pizza so dang good is the gouda! Enjoy!

Ingredients

Pizza Dough-we are partial, but I love our dough! It is quick and good!

2 chicken breasts (marinated in BBQ sauce)
1/2 cup bbq sauce
1/4 cup red onion
1 cup gouda cheese
1 cup mozzarella cheese
cilantro

After marinating your chicken breasts in bbq sauce, grill them up and then shred or chop your chicken. On your pizza dough, spread bbq sauce. Then top with chicken, red onion,  and cheeses. Bake for 15-20 minutes until all bubbly. Top with cilantro and serve!
