Oh how I love fondue. I gave a fondue pot to Brooks for Christmas. It has quickly been one of our favorite things to make. So watch for some yummy recipes! My friend Linda, made this peanut butter fondue for a baby shower awhile ago and I was in love. I knew I had to make it for my family. This fondue works great with fruit, brownies, rice crispies, or marshmallows. Enjoy!
Serves about 12 people
Ingredients:
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
Melt the chocolate chips over stove top or in fondue pot. Then mix in the sugar milk and peanut butter. Mix until well incorporated. Once warm, serve and enjoy!
