Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

My friend Lindsey made this recipe a few years ago at our Christmas Party. I love a good cheese ball, so this was fun to have a sweet one. It was so good, and it only takes minutes to but together. Just allow enough time for it to set up in the fridge. They best part is, is you should have all these ingredients in the fridge/pantry to make it...no special ingredients here!

Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Topping: finely chopped nuts, peanut brittle, graham crackers, candy bars, etc.

Directions:
Beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth.  Mix in both sugars and vanilla.  Stir in chocolate chips.  Cover and chill for 1 1/2 hours in the refridgerator, and a half hour in the freezer.
Shape mixture into a ball and chill again for 1 hour.  Roll ball in topping until coated before serving.
Serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or anything else that sounds good!
